2010 NSD Conditioning For Excellence - August

Conditioning for Excellence (CFE) is one of National Sports Development’s most elite and comprehensive High Performance on ice programs.  CFE offers both amateur and pro hockey players the opportunity to prepare themselves for their upcoming Training Camps and Tryouts.

Each group will be categorized based on age groups and/or caliber to ensure for the most competitive environments.  The CFE format combined with the commitment and work ethic of the athletes will drastically increase chances of future success.

• High Tempo Flow Drills
• Game Scenario Combative Drills
• On-Ice Conditioning
• Scrimmages
• Individual Player Development

CFE will offer players the opportunity to sign up for one week sessions beginning in August 2010 and running through until the beginning of September 2010.

In order for National Sports Development to offer the utmost professional program, we ask that all players register well in advance to their desired dates.  Once the programs are filled there will be minimal room for drop-ins.
