  1. Do you supply boxing gloves?

    2. Yes, NSD does provide boxing gloves. However, the class does require that you purchase your own hand wraps. You can get them at the NSD Pro-Shop for $11.99.

  2. Do I need to be experienced?

    3. No. NSD offers beginner classes for youth and adults. No experience is required.

  3. Do you get hit in your boxing classes?

    4. If you ask Dale, the answer is "only by me". Don't be scared, he only looks intimidating! These classes focus on cardio and skills rather than sparring.

  4. Do you do any small group classes

    5. Yes. If you are looking to do a small group class with your friends, Dale does provide private boxing classes for individuals and small groups. Feel free to contact Dale to set up your group today.

  5. Can I join a class that has already started?

    6. Yes. Clients are allowed to join any of our programs after they have started. Unfortunately, there will be no pro-rating for the boxing classes.
