Spin Cycling Class - Mornings - 12 Weeks:
Experience a dynamic 60 minute early morning workout that will have you spinning into shape. This low impact, high-intensity workout encompasses cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance all-in-one. NSD Spin classes are designed for all levels, beginners to advanced, with participants having full control of resistance and intensity levels as you race to the finish line. Experience a fun cardiovascular and dynamic multi-session spin workout over lunch. This program will allow you to build your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance three times per week. NSD Spin classes are designed for all levels, beginners to advanced, with participants having full control of resistance and intensity levels as you race to the finish line. Spin training is a great accompaniment to any fitness program or sport and these classes will have you spinning into shape. Sign-up today as bike availability is limited.

*Mon/Wed 12:15pm-12:45pm, Fri 12:15pm-1:00pm. No Class May 23 (Victoria Day).
