Jamie Pollock

Jamie Pollock is currently the Soccer Technical Director for National Sports Development and NSDSC. He has been involved both as a player and a coach at both the Provincial and University levels and as a player at the Professional level. In 1990 and 1991 he played in the Canadian Soccer League with Winnipeg and then with Nova Scotia. Jamie graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a BA in Chemistry and from Mount Allison University with a Bed. He began working with Soccer New Brunswick as their High Performance Coach, program developer and coaching educator in 1995. In 1997 Jamie attained his CSA A License. Prior to joining NSD he was employed by the Alberta Soccer Association as their Provincial Coach South and he later moved to the Calgary Celtic Soccer Club as Technical Director, Boys Program before moving to NSD. Jamie's experience has given him the opportunity to work with both players and coaches from the U6 level to the senior level.




Jorge Molina
Soccer Technical/Goalkeeper Specialist

Jorge Molina is an avid soccer enthusiast. He has been involved in the sport for over 25 years. His younger years were spent playing in Columbia for a professional youth academy. At the age of 14 he came to Canada where he continued to play. Jorge attended Mount Royal College where he acquired a Physical Education Diploma. He was also a member of the Mount Royal College Soccer team that won silver at the CCAA National Championships in 1995. Post college years were spent playing for Premier/Major League teams in both the Chinooks and Eastside soccer clubs.

Jorge Molina is the former technical director of the Chinooks Soccer Club. Jorge has been involved in a coaching capacity for many years. He holds his CSA National B License and his currently working towards his CSA A License. Additionally, Jorge is B-Fut Brazilian C certified.




Laura Malinowski
Soccer Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Laura was a member of the varsity women's soccer teams at Mount Royal College from 2001-2003 and at the University of Waterloo from 2003-2006. In her first season at Mount Royal College she was named Rookie of the Year and in her second season she was named captain and nominated for Athlete of the Year. While attending the University of Waterloo, again she was awarded Rookie of the Year in her first season and was captain in her final season in addition to being named an Outstanding Graduating Senior Athlete. Growing up in Calgary, Laura played for Chinook division 1 teams from U13-U18 and later played for the Alberta Major League Caliies and currently plays for South Harmon. Her coaching experience includes coaching minor teams in Calgary from 1999-2003 and coaching a provincial boys team in Kitchener, Ontario from 2004-2007. As well, she was the assistant coach of the varsity women's soccer team at the University of Waterloo during the 2006/2007 season, following her final year as a player. Laura currently works as a strength and conditioning coach at National Sports Development and runs technical sessions for the National Sports Academy and the NSD Academy.
