HPT training is focused on providing each individual athlete with a customized and comprehensive plan to enhance overall performance. Traditional resistance training methods such as aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, speed, agility, quickness, multi-directional skills, reaction skills, overall strength and power, core strength, and nutritional guidance, are used in conjunction with specialty cross-training sessions administered by professional instructors.
