Run/Jump Programs

Individual Training

Train 1 on 1 or in a small group with your own High Performance strength and conditioning consultant. They will design a specific program that will meet your personal and physical goals. Sessions will include strength training, balance and stability, aerobic conditioning and more. Everything you need to reach your athletic goals.

1:1 Training 10 - Adult 60 min. sessions $60/per person
1:2 Training 10 - Adult 60 min. sessions $50/per person
1:3+ Training 10 - Adult 60 min. sessions $40/per person



Run/Jump Programs (Football, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer)

These programs will utilize the specialized Acceleration Run Treadmill for evaluation, analysis and overall running and jumping performance training. Other dryland and analysis equipment may include the Gait & Run Evaluation System, Plyometric, Bosu Ball, Olympic Lifts and other general and specific exercises relative to the athlete's skeletal maturity.
