Power Pilates
60 minutes of building your body's "core", Strengthen, lengthen & sculpt your muscles with a full range of Pilates and evolved Pilates exercises designed to improve the way your body looks, feels and functions.
Extreme Spin and Stretch
This upbeat, challenging hour-long class combines cycle riding with targeted stretch exercises that benefit body form and technique. It will help participants become well-rounded cyclists by increasing aerobic capacity and endurance, developing leg strength, and improving pedaling efficiency. The group setting provides motivation, and instructor feedback will improve your cycling technique. Whether you are a veteran cyclist or just starting out on the bike, this class has something for you.
Adrenaline Pump
Are you ready to sweat? By combining endurance and plyometric exercises, this class will kick start your body's fat-burning process and give you the results you want! It is an intense hour-long session utilizing all the major muscle groups for a comprehensive total-body workout.

Latin Cardio
Want to learn the basics of Latin dancing and get a cardiovascular work-out all in one? Then sign up for Latin Cardio at NSD. This fitness class teaches you the basic salsa and meringue steps and incorporates them into a fun filled cardiovascular workout. All you need to bring is some water, a change of clothes, and some hips ready for some dancing.
Class times:
Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. @ the NSD North location.
Thursdays: 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. @ the NSD South location.
Costs:
Class sizes: Max of 15 people per class; Min of 5 people per class.Monthly fees: $60.00
