Proper nutrition is essential when looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle. One of the key areas for personal trainers is nutritional advice. Our trainers can design a nutrition program for you that ensures you reach your fitness goals. Exercise plays a huge part in physical fitness, but if you continue to eat unhealthy and fatty foods, you may never see the real results that you have worked hard to achieve.
The type of food, and the amount of food needed before, during, and after exercise, is dependent on a number of factors. These factors include; intensity, duration, the type of training and how often you workout. Your personal trainer knows these factors the best, so why not use their expertise to ensure proper recovery and growth.
You cannot expect a personal trainer to replace the knowledge or expertise of a fully qualified nutritionist. However, our personal trainers are more than qualified to supply the basics about eating the right foods, in the right quantities, and at the right time of day.
