Note: There is a free drop-in class every Sunday from 11am-12pm for all registered participants. There is a 20% discount for gym members.

Intro

For those interested in learning a little more about the sweet science and getting a great workout at the same time the Intro Class is the one for you. In this Class we go over many of the exercises that a boxer may go through in is training. Key points will be Foot Work, Hand positioning, Combinations, during the work out there will be many exercises such as, Heavy Bag, Speed Ball, Skipping Rope, Hand Pads, and various other conditioning exercises to get you in shape. Handwraps will need to be purchased.

Intermediate

This course will be a step up from the Intro Class. There will be more concentration on Shadow Boxing, Bag Work and Hand Pads, there will also be work in the Ring sparring against other individuals. In the intermediate class it will be mostly working on Body Shots and moving around the ring for footwork. In this class there is more work on the finer points of Boxing such as Defense, Strategy and again Combinations. Sparring Gloves will be needed for this Class. 18oz Gloves will be used. You will also need a mouthpiece. No exceptions.

Private $80/hour per person
Semi Private (2) $50/hour per person
Small Group (3-9) $40/hour per person
