Dale "Cowboy" Brown
Director of Boxing

Dale has been a contender in the Cruiserweight division since the late 1990s, competing in 42 fights (winning 35 (KO 22) & losing 6 (KO 4) with 1 draw), until his retirement in 2006. As an amateur, Dale represented Canada as a Light Heavyweight in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games. Dale's most infamous match was his third shot at the title on May 20, 2005, when he squared off against talented O'Neil Bell for the vacant IBF cruiserweight championship at the Seminole Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida. After 12 spirited rounds, the judges didn't see things his way, and he lost a controversial unanimous decision. After the bout, fans and media made their voices known as they protested the verdict.
