Fitness Boot Camp - Challenge Yourself... Morning and Evening Classes

Increase your endurance, and overall strength in a fun, motivating, and energetic atmosphere.

Our Winter Boot Camp is an 8 week program that will deliver results regardless of your current fitness level. This one hour work out combines strength training, cardio, balance and coordination exercises in a uniquely structured format allowing for continued progression through out the program.



Program Details - Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (8 weeks)

Dates: January 3 - February 24

Times: Mornings 2 x Week AM: 6:00 am - 7:00 am Mondays & Thursdays
Times: Evenings 2 x Week PM: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Mondays & Thursdays

Times: Mornings 3 x Week AM: 6:00 am - 7:00 am Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
Times: Evenings 3 x Week PM: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays

Member Pricing: 2 x wk. $208.00 + GST - 3 x wk. $304.00 + GST
Non - Member Pricing: 2 x wk. $260.00 + GST - 3 x wk. $380.00 + GST

Drop-In: $15.00 + GST.
